Assistant Wellness Salon Manager
About The Position
SVI Corporate, LLC, a Palm Beach Tan & Wellness Franchisee, is hiring an Assistant Wellness Salon Manager to work alongside the Store Manager in running a salon. The role leads and coaches a high-energy team, supports salon operations, delivers customer service, and helps grow sales and salon performance. Compensation averages $13–$17+ per hour, including base pay, up to 12% commission, and monthly bonuses; top performers may earn more. The position includes flexible scheduling options, although the salons operate seven days a week and the role may involve nights, weekends, and holidays. Occasional local travel may be needed for meetings, training, or support at other salon locations. This is a security-sensitive position.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of retail, customer service, operations, or management experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to motivate others.
- Basic computer and point-of-sale (POS) skills.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to stand for 7 or more hours per day and lift up to 50 pounds.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Work alongside the Store Manager to run the salon.
- Lead and coach Wellness Consultants and the Salon Support team.
- Help recruit, schedule, and develop employees.
- Provide customer service and professionally resolve customer concerns.
- Keep the salon clean, stocked, and operating smoothly, while ensuring it meets health department standards.
- Grow sales and control labor and costs to drive store results.
- Partner with the Store Manager on promotions and growth.
- Handle cash, deposits, and customer card data securely; PCI security training is included.
