About The Position
Aurora Montessori School is hiring an Assistant Teacher to help provide daily care for children and support a fun, interactive classroom. The role includes following licensing guidelines and company standards, maintaining a clean and organized classroom, developing skills in observing and assessing children and planning for their needs, and communicating effectively with families. Teachers complete extensive training on childcare, preschool, and child development topics. The position requires working indoors or outdoors and engaging in physical activity with children. The work week is Monday through Friday.
Requirements
- Ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
- Energetic and dependable, with a passion for working with children.
- Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

- Hourly pay of $15.45–$16.05, based on position, education, and experience.
