About The Position

The Assistant Studio Manager (ASM) works as a partner to the Studio Manager, forming a duo that ensures the smooth operation of the studio. The ASM needs to know the studio's operations well, be familiar with members' names, and be capable of stepping in when the manager is unavailable. This role involves setting and achieving goals, representing the Orangetheory brand, and sharing the science behind the workout. The position offers an opportunity to learn all aspects of the business, with potential for future growth into franchisee or business ownership. The role is described as dynamic, with each day being different, and emphasizes the positive and enthusiastic environment of Orangetheory.

Requirements

• Ability to know the ropes as well as members' names.
• Capability to step in when the manager steps out.
• Ability to balance strengths with the manager.
• Ability to set goals and surpass them.
• Must be comfortable representing the Orangetheory brand.
• Must be able to share the science of the workout.
• Compensation: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
