Assistant Studio Manager
About The Position
The Assistant Studio Manager (ASM) works as a partner with the Studio Manager, forming a duo that ensures the smooth operation of the Orangetheory studio. The ASM is responsible for understanding studio operations, knowing member names, stepping in when the manager is unavailable, and working collaboratively to achieve goals. This role offers the opportunity to learn all aspects of the business, with potential pathways to becoming a Franchisee or Business Owner. The position involves representing the Orangetheory brand and promoting the science behind the workout. The work environment is described as passionate and collaborative, with a focus on helping members live longer, more vibrant lives.
