About The Position

The Assistant Studio Manager supports daily and weekend studio operations at AFG HoldCo studios to ensure an exceptional member experience. The role is a key point of contact for prospective and current members, represents the brand, explains the studio’s offerings, and supports membership sales and retention through relationship-building. The position requires frequent standing and walking, regular communication in potentially loud settings, and occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling items weighing approximately 25–30 pounds. Bending, reaching, and light cleaning may also be required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
