About The Position
This role is for an Assistant Studio Manager (ASM) who will work as a partner to the Studio Manager, ensuring the smooth operation of the studio. The ASM will be responsible for knowing the studio's operations, stepping in when the manager is absent, balancing strengths with the manager, and working towards shared goals. The position involves representing the Orangetheory brand, sharing the science behind the workout, and providing a positive member experience. The role offers the opportunity to learn all aspects of the business, with potential pathways to becoming a Franchisee or Business Owner. The work environment is described as passionate and collaborative, with a focus on fitness and community.
