About The Position

Traction Wellness Group is hiring an Assistant Studio Manager for SweatHouz The Marina in San Francisco. SweatHouz is the fastest-growing recovery franchise in the world, bringing contrast therapy (infrared sauna + cold plunge) to people through private suite experiences. Traction Wellness Group operates SweatHouz studios across five states. This role is responsible for ensuring the studio runs smoothly when the Studio Manager is off, including managing operations, guest experience, and team development.

Requirements

1+ year in sales, hospitality, or customer-facing fitness/wellness.
Open availability across all seven days, including evenings and weekends.
Ability to achieve a 25%+ closing rate on memberships.
Proactive in identifying and addressing issues such as low supplies or potential shift problems.
Willingness to be on the floor, running intros and closing memberships.
Attention to detail, ensuring high standards for cleanliness and equipment functionality.

Responsibilities

Manage plunge health, including daily checks, logs, and water chemistry.
Monitor filters and chemicals to prevent issues.
Order, track, and manage studio inventory, including toiletries, beverages, and cleaning supplies.
Oversee the flow of every shift, including coverage, front desk operations, calls, follow-ups, and suite turnover.
Ensure high-quality introductory sessions for new clients and audit Sales Associates' intros.
Assist the Studio Manager with onboarding new hires and ongoing team development, including training and skill-building.
Maintain operational standards through audits of deep cleans, suite condition, and maintenance follow-through.
