About The Position

The Assistant Studio Manager role provides a welcoming space and a remarkable experience to every member and first-time guest. The role is suited to a goal-oriented, self-driven person with strong customer service skills and emotional intelligence. Orangetheory Fitness describes its environment as fast-paced, fun, and vibrant. The position manages prospective members through the lead funnel, including follow-up, booking first classes, and providing an exceptional first-time guest experience. It also supports membership sales, studio operations, member engagement, brand compliance, and maintaining an organized and clean studio.

Requirements

Two years of customer service experience preferred.
One to three years of sales experience preferred.
CPR/AED certification, or willingness to obtain CPR certification within 30 days of hire.
Comfort working with new technology, smartphones, and computers.
Growth mindset and passion for helping others.
Strong work ethic, integrity, and professional demeanor.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and manage member questions or concerns.

Responsibilities

Follow up with prospects interested in trying Orangetheory and book their first class.
Provide first-time guests with an exceptional experience.
Provide membership details based on Group Fitness Coaches’ prescriptions.
Meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators.
Generate leads; book appointments; and sell memberships, packs, and additional revenue offerings.
Answer member questions in a timely manner and address concerns appropriately.
Follow Orangetheory systems and procedures to maintain brand compliance.
Keep the front desk organized and prioritize tasks during the shift.
Welcome members by name and take accurate class attendance.
Create memorable member moments by celebrating birthdays, membership anniversaries, class milestones, and personal records.
Stay informed about studio promotions, fitness challenges, out-of-studio events, and corporate initiatives and offerings.
Work independently and take ownership of individual contributions to studio and team success.
Assist with keeping the studio clean and organized.
