About The Position

The Assistant Studio Manager (ASM) works as a partner with the Studio Manager, forming a duo that ensures the smooth operation of the Orangetheory studio. The ASM is expected to learn the studio's operations thoroughly, step in when the manager is unavailable, and contribute to achieving goals. This role involves representing the Orangetheory brand and sharing the science behind the workout with members. It can serve as a stepping stone for a management career or be a long-term position. The role offers a passionate and collaborative work environment where employees can learn all aspects of the business, with potential opportunities to become a Franchisee or Business Owner.

Requirements

• Ability to learn the ropes as well as know members' names.
• Ability to step in when the manager steps out.
• Ability to balance each other's strengths.
• Ability to set goals and surpass them.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.

• Learn the studio's operations thoroughly.
