About The Position

The Assistant Studio Manager (ASM) works as a partner with the Studio Manager, forming a duo that ensures the smooth operation of the studio. The role involves understanding studio operations, knowing members by name, stepping in when the manager is unavailable, balancing strengths, and achieving goals. The position offers a chance to learn all aspects of the business, with potential opportunities for career advancement within management or even to become a Franchisee or Business Owner. The role requires representing the Orangetheory brand and sharing the science behind the workout. Requirements

• Knowledge of studio operations.
• Ability to learn members' names.
• Ability to step in when the manager is out.
• Ability to balance strengths with the manager.
• Ability to set and surpass goals.
• Understanding of the science of the Orangetheory workout.
• Compensation: $20.00 per hour
