About The Position
The Assistant Studio Manager (ASM) is a key partner to the Studio Manager, forming a duo that ensures the smooth operation of the Orangetheory studio. The role involves understanding studio operations, supporting the manager, and stepping in when needed. The ASM represents the Orangetheory brand, shares the science behind the workout, and contributes to a positive and enthusiastic environment. This position offers the opportunity to learn all aspects of the business, with potential pathways to becoming a Franchisee or Business Owner.
Requirements
- Ability to know the studio ropes as well as members' names.
- Willingness to step in when the manager steps out.
- Ability to balance strengths with the Studio Manager.
- Ability to set and surpass goals.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in a similar role at Orangetheory.
- Interest in becoming a Franchisee or Business Owner.
Responsibilities
- Support the Studio Manager in daily operations.
- Step in and manage studio operations when the manager is unavailable.
