About The Position

The Assistant Studio Manager (ASM) works as a partner with the Studio Manager, forming a duo that ensures the smooth operation of the Orangetheory studio. The ASM is expected to learn the studio's operations, step in when the manager is unavailable, and contribute to achieving goals. This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a passionate and collaborative environment, representing the Orangetheory brand and sharing the science behind the workout. The position can serve as a stepping stone for a management career or be a long-term role for those passionate about the Orangetheory experience. The role involves daily interaction with members and contributing to a positive studio atmosphere. Specific duties and requirements may vary by location.

• Must be applying to an independently owned and operated Orangetheory® Fitness franchisee.
