About The Position

This role is part of a dynamic duo, working alongside the Studio Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the Orangetheory studio. The Assistant Studio Manager (ASM) is expected to learn the studio's operations thoroughly, step in when the manager is unavailable, and contribute to achieving studio goals. The position involves representing the Orangetheory brand, sharing the science behind the workout, and fostering a positive environment for members. This role can serve as a stepping stone for a management career or as a long-term position within the company. The ideal candidate will feel the warmth, enthusiasm, and sense of belonging that Orangetheory offers.

• Ability to learn the ropes of studio operations.
