About The Position

The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager with daily store operations and helps deliver exceptional client experiences while driving sales and profitability. This role leads, coaches, and develops the store team; recruits and onboards talent; and fosters a diverse, inclusive, and accountable environment. The Assistant Store Manager also supports performance reviews, resolves client concerns, promotes loyalty programs and personalized service, maintains store presentation and policy compliance, and optimizes inventory and staffing resources. This is a salaried, exempt, regular, full-time role requiring on-site work at 12036 Ventura Blvd, Studio City, CA 91604. Availability is required for evenings, weekends, and holidays. The role involves lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds, bending and stretching to stock shelves, standing and walking the sales floor for the entire shift, working in a fragrance-filled environment, and handling and applying products to clients, with or without accommodation. The annual base salary range is $75,700 to $92,750. Employees may also be eligible for bonuses. The actual salary offer may depend on qualifications, relevant experience, skills, education, certifications or licenses, business factors, and geographic location.

Requirements

Demonstrated success as a retail assistant manager in fast-paced, high-volume environments, driving results and team performance through hands-on leadership.
Strong leadership and business acumen, including the ability to recruit, inspire, and develop talent.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build trust, provide constructive feedback, and facilitate open dialogue.
Commitment to coaching, mentorship, actionable feedback, learning, and accountability.
Experience creating personalized client experiences that build loyalty while balancing operational priorities and business growth.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
