The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for all aspects of store operations, including labor management, daily operations, and customer care. Responsibilities
- Hire and train associates.
- Create work schedules and delegate work.
- Evaluate employee performance.
- File paperwork, analyze weekly sales numbers, and order supplies.
- Perform opening or closing duties.
- Greet customers, provide prompt and helpful service, and handle customer complaints professionally.
