About The Position

The Assistant Store Manager is an integral member of the store management team, developing the store team and helping implement strategies and operational practices that support brand equity, customer satisfaction, and financial growth. The role assumes responsibility for the store when the Store Manager and/or Associate Store Manager is absent. The successful candidate shares Levi Strauss & Co.'s values of originality, integrity, empathy, courage, and performance, and acts as a collaborative role model aligned with the company culture.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of retail leadership experience.
• Proven coaching and training skills.
• Demonstrates discretion, professional judgment, tact, and diplomacy.
• Works collaboratively and serves as a role model whose behavior aligns with company culture.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds and regularly move around, kneel, carry items, reach overhead, and climb ladders.

Responsibilities

• Support the leadership team in implementing strategies to grow sales and analyzing data to drive revenue growth.
• Mentor and motivate team members through guidance, coaching, training, and leading by example.
• Oversee daily operations to promote efficiency and uphold high standards.
• Provide outstanding customer service and create a welcoming shopping environment.
• Assume responsibility for the store in the absence of the Store Manager and/or Associate Store Manager.
• Follow Levi's Stores policies, procedures, programs, and directives from store management.
