About The Position

Zales Outlet is hiring seasonal, part-time, and full-time team members. The Sales Associate / Jewelry Consultant is part of the Sales Team and provides a superior experience to customers by understanding their needs, presenting merchandise, explaining product features and benefits, and sharing information about service plans and financing options. The role contributes to individual and team sales goals while helping customers celebrate important moments and express love.

Requirements

• Desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.
• Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
• Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Positive, customer-focused approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Strong communication and relational skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and desires.
