About The Position

Zales Outlet is hiring seasonal, part-time, and full-time team members for its sales team. The Sales Associate / Jewelry Consultant provides valued customers with a superior experience by building personal relationships, understanding customer needs and desires, presenting merchandise, and explaining product features and benefits. The role also involves providing information about extended service plans and financing options and meeting individual and team sales goals. Requirements

• A desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.
• Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
• Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• A positive, customer-focused approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Strong communication and relational skills.
