About The Position

Zales Outlet is hiring seasonal, part-time, and full-time team members to help customers celebrate life and express love. As part of the Sales Team, the Sales Associate / Jewelry Consultant provides a superior experience to customers by understanding their needs, presenting merchandise and product information, explaining service plans and financing options, and meeting sales goals. The role offers base pay plus sales commission, training, career development, merchandise discounts, and opportunities for advancement. Requirements

• A desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.
• Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
• Flexible availability during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• A positive, customer-focused approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Strong communication and relational skills.
