About The Position

Zales Outlet is hiring seasonal, part-time, and full-time team members to provide valued customers with a superior experience. Sales Associates / Jewelry Consultants build personal relationships with customers, help them celebrate important moments, and support them in selecting jewelry. The role includes presenting merchandise and explaining product features and benefits, sharing information about extended service plans and financing options, and achieving individual and team sales goals. Requirements

Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
