About The Position

Zales Outlet is hiring seasonal, part-time, and full-time team members for its Sales Team. The role is responsible for providing customers with a superior experience by understanding their needs, presenting merchandise and explaining product features and benefits, and providing information about extended service plans and financing options. Sales Associates / Jewelry Consultants work toward individual and team sales goals and help customers celebrate life's special moments.

Requirements

A desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.
Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
Flexible availability to work peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
A positive, customer-focused approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Strong communication and relational skills.
