About The Position

Zales Outlet is hiring seasonal, part-time, and full-time team members for its Sales Team. The Sales Associate / Jewelry Consultant provides a superior experience to customers by understanding their needs and desires, presenting merchandise and explaining product features and benefits, and sharing information about extended service plans and financing options. The role is responsible for meeting individual and team sales goals. The position emphasizes helping customers celebrate important moments through a positive, customer-focused experience and building lasting relationships.

Requirements

Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
