About The Position
Zales Outlet is hiring seasonal, part-time, and full-time team members for a Sales Associate / Jewelry Consultant role. As part of the Sales Team, you will provide a superior experience to customers, helping them celebrate life and express love. The role involves understanding customers’ needs, presenting merchandise and explaining product features and benefits, sharing information about extended service plans and financing options, and meeting individual and team sales goals. Requirements
- Desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.
- Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
- Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Positive, customer-focused approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Strong communication and relational skills.
Responsibilities
- Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and desires.
- Present merchandise and share detailed information about product features and benefits.

- Base pay of $16.90–$27.40 plus sales commission; final pay rate depends on experience and qualifications.
