About The Position

As a member of the Zales Outlet Sales Team, the Sales Associate / Jewelry Consultant provides a superior experience to customers. The role involves learning about customers' needs and desires, presenting merchandise and explaining product features and benefits, providing information about extended service plans and financing options, and working toward individual and team sales goals. Zales Outlet offers seasonal, part-time, and full-time positions.

Requirements

• Desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.
• Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
