About The Position

ZWILLING is seeking enthusiastic Seasonal Sales Associates to help create exceptional customer experiences during the busy holiday season at its Citadel Factory Store in Commerce, California. The role involves helping customers, supporting sales, sharing product knowledge, maintaining store presentation, and assisting with inventory and promotions in a fast-paced retail environment. The seasonal assignment is expected to run from November 15, 2026, through January 15, 2027. Employment is temporary and seasonal, with no guarantee of continued employment beyond the assignment; it may end earlier or later based on business needs. The hourly rate is $16.90–$20.00, depending on location and the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and skill set.

Requirements

• Passion for cooking, food, or premium consumer products.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-first mindset and positive attitude.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift 35 lbs. and comfortably use a ladder.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; employment visa sponsorship is not available.
