About The Position
The Seasonal Retail Sales Associate assists store management in achieving sales targets and supporting long-term business growth by providing premium customer service and maintaining store standards. As a Hurley brand ambassador, the associate contributes to a rewarding customer experience and supports the success of the retail team. This is a part-time seasonal role.
Requirements
- High school/secondary school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of work experience.
- Ability to understand direction and communicate in English.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers and management staff.
- Courteous and helpful attitude.
- Ability to manage time and accomplish multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to twist, bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods.
- At least 18 years of age.
Responsibilities
- Use customer service training principles and build strong connections with customers.
- Understand expectations and achieve targeted sales goals.
- Ensure complete zone coverage.
- Develop a high level of product expertise.
- Follow retail standards, including attendance and conduct standards.
- Complete daily restocking and maintain merchandising standards.
- Support other retail operations as needed, including front of house, back of house, shipping and receiving, store opening and closing, and customization.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
