About The Position

Zales Outlet is hiring Sales Associates / Jewelry Consultants to provide customers with a superior experience and help them celebrate life and express love. Team members engage customers to understand their needs, present merchandise and explain product features and benefits, provide information about extended service plans and financing options, and work toward individual and team sales goals. The employer is hiring seasonal, part-time, and full-time team members.

Requirements

Desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.
Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
Flexible availability during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Positive, customer-focused approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Strong communication and relational skills.

Responsibilities
