About The Position
Zales Outlet is hiring Sales Associates / Jewelry Consultants to join its Sales Team. The role is responsible for providing valued customers with a superior experience by understanding their needs, presenting merchandise and explaining product features and benefits, and sharing information about extended service plans and financing options. Team members work toward individual and team sales goals. Zales seeks people who enjoy helping customers celebrate special moments and who bring a positive, customer-focused approach and strong communication and relational skills. Seasonal, part-time, and full-time positions are available.
Requirements
- Desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.
- Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
- Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Positive, customer-focused approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Strong communication and relational skills.
