About The Position
Kay Jewelers Outlet is hiring seasonal, part-time, and full-time team members for its Sales Team. The Sales Associate / Jewelry Consultant provides a superior experience to customers, helping them celebrate life and express love through jewelry. The role involves learning about customers’ needs and desires, presenting merchandise and explaining product features and benefits, sharing information about extended service plans and financing options, and meeting individual and team sales goals. The position suits someone who enjoys helping customers mark special moments and brings a positive, customer-focused approach, strong communication and relational skills, and customer service, sales, retail, or jewelry experience. Flexible availability is needed during peak retail periods, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
