About The Position
As a Starbucks barista, you help create a warm and welcoming space where each cup of coffee can spark connection. You engage with customers, help brighten their day, and contribute to meaningful moments through friendly service. The role is suited to someone who enjoys working with people and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Baristas prepare beverages and food according to standard recipes or customer requests, follow store policies and safety standards, handle cash, and perform a variety of tasks during each shift. Requirements

Responsibilities
- Provide quality beverages and food products while meeting store operating policies and standards.
- Handle cash and follow store safety and security standards.
- Engage with customers, understand their needs, and respond through clear and pleasant communication.
- Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customized customer requests, including changes to temperature, quantity, or ingredients.
- Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
