About The Position
Starbucks Baristas help create a warm and welcoming space where every cup of coffee sparks connection. In a fast-paced environment, they engage with customers and create meaningful moments through friendly service, such as greeting customers and remembering their favorite orders. Baristas prepare beverages and food to standard recipes or customize orders based on customer requests, and perform a variety of store tasks during each shift. No previous experience is required.

- Available to work flexible hours, which may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Ability to learn quickly.
- Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions, and request clarification when needed.

Responsibilities
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
- Follow store operating policies and standards for beverage and food quality, cash handling, and store safety and security.
- Engage with customers, understand their needs, and respond through clear and pleasant communication.
- Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customize them to customer requests, including changes to temperature, ingredient quantities, or substitutions.
- Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
