About The Position

The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in running daily store operations and delivering exceptional client experiences while driving sales and profitability. This role leads, coaches, and develops the store team; recruits and onboards talent; and fosters a diverse, inclusive, accountable, and collaborative environment. The Assistant Store Manager delivers personalized client service, resolves concerns, encourages loyalty and engagement, and maintains an immaculate, visually inspiring store that complies with Sephora policies, procedures, and brand guidelines. The role also optimizes inventory and staffing resources and adapts to changing priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.

The position is onsite at the Savannah Tanger location. Availability is required for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Physical requirements include lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds, bending and stretching to stock shelves, standing and walking the sales floor for the entire shift, working in a fragrance-filled environment, and handling and applying products to clients, with or without accommodation.

The annual base salary range is $60,100 to $73,600, and employees in this position may also be eligible for bonuses. Requirements

• Demonstrated success as a retail assistant manager in fast-paced, high-volume environments, driving results and elevating team performance through hands-on leadership.
• Strong leadership and business acumen, including the ability to recruit, inspire, and develop talent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build trust, provide constructive feedback, and facilitate open dialogue.
• Commitment to team coaching, mentorship, actionable feedback, learning, and accountability.
• Experience creating personalized client experiences that build loyalty while balancing operational priorities and business growth.
• Ability to work onsite at 200 Tanger Outlets Blvd, Savannah, GA 31322.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
