About The Position

JD Finish Line is hiring management team members for its Macy’s store at Sunvalley Mall in Concord, California. Management team members oversee daily store operations, lead and develop staff, and deliver excellent customer experiences. The role contributes to store sales, profitability, and company growth in a fast-paced retail environment. The posting describes requirements for both Assistant Store Managers and Supervisors. Assistant Store Managers need open availability, a minimum standard work week of five days, and an average standard work week of 44 hours, with increased hours during peak sales periods. Supervisors must be available for at least five days and work a minimum standard of 30 hours per week. Requirements

Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or in a similar role, with a track record of achieving sales targets and managing a team.
Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Passion for outstanding customer service and memorable shopping experiences.
Ability to analyze sales data, manage budgets, and make data-driven decisions.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
Proficiency in retail management software and basic computer applications.
