About The Position

Requirements

Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or in a similar role, with a track record of achieving sales targets and managing a team.
Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Ability to analyze sales data, manage budgets, and make data-driven decisions.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.

Supervisor: availability for the hours needed to open and close the store, including mornings, days, and nights; minimum of five days of availability; minimum standard work week of 30 hours.
All management: weekend and holiday availability; punctuality and regular attendance consistent with company policies; reliable transportation.
Ability to speak English clearly to converse with customers and supervise staff, and to read and write English and perform business-related mathematics.
May need to move to different company locations based on operational needs and career growth.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including prolonged standing, stooping, kneeling, reaching, pulling, climbing ladders or stairs, and regularly lifting 5–25 pounds; higher weights may be required in certain circumstances.
Good vision, including color differentiation.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities
