About The Position

Tagg-N-Go Car Wash is hiring an Assistant Site Manager to support site leadership and daily car wash operations. The role focuses on coaching and developing employees, delivering strong customer service, maintaining site and equipment standards, and helping ensure safe, smooth operations. The Assistant Site Manager supports the Site Manager with decision-making and contributes to recruiting, onboarding, performance management, administrative work, and inventory oversight. The position is suited to a positive, organized team leader who can work in a fast-paced environment and build strong relationships with customers and team members.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills with customers and team members.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Ability to work as a team member and step into a leadership role in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and sound decision-making.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience.
• At least 2 years of Shift Lead or Management experience.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, and perform repetitive motions.
• Ability to lift and move objects up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to climb and work from ladders.
• Ability to work outside in varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Coach, motivate, and train new and existing employees.
• Support the Site Manager with decision-making and smooth day-to-day operations.
• Participate in recruiting, onboarding, and employee performance management.
• Build customer relationships, address concerns, and maintain high service standards.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and help ensure the wash runs smoothly.
• Keep the site clean and inviting.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed to protect staff and customers.
• Handle paperwork, inventory, and documentation.
