About The Position

Tagg-N-Go Car Wash is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to support the Site Manager and help oversee daily car wash operations. The role combines team leadership, customer service, equipment and site upkeep, safety oversight, and administrative work. Requirements

• Excellent communication skills when engaging with customers and team members.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Ability to work as a team player and step into a leadership role in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions that affect team success.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience.
• At least 2 years of Shift Lead or Management experience.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods; bend, kneel, crouch, and perform repetitive motions; lift and move objects up to 25 pounds; climb and work from ladders; and work outside in varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Coach, motivate, and train new and existing employees.
• Support the Site Manager with decision-making and smooth day-to-day operations.
• Participate in recruiting, onboarding, and employee performance management.
• Build customer relationships, address concerns, and maintain high service standards.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and help ensure the wash runs smoothly.
• Keep the site clean and inviting.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed to protect staff and customers.
• Handle paperwork, inventory, and documentation.
