About The Position

Tagg-N-Go Car Wash is hiring an Assistant Site Manager to support site leadership and daily car wash operations. The role includes coaching and developing employees, assisting the Site Manager with operational decisions, and helping ensure a smooth, safe, and welcoming experience for employees and customers. The position also supports recruiting, onboarding, employee performance management, customer relations, equipment maintenance, site cleanliness, inventory, paperwork, and documentation. The salary range is $19–$22; final compensation depends on experience.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of customer service experience.
• At least 2 years of shift lead or management experience.
• Excellent communication skills with customers and team members.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Ability to work as a team member and step up to lead in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions that affect team success.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods; bend, kneel, crouch, and perform repetitive motions; lift and move objects up to 25 pounds; climb and work from ladders; and work outside in varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Coach, motivate, and train new and existing employees.
• Support the Site Manager with decision-making and day-to-day operations.
• Participate in recruiting, onboarding, and employee performance management.
• Build customer relationships, address concerns, and maintain high service standards.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and help ensure the wash operates smoothly and the site remains clean and inviting.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed to protect staff and customers.
• Handle paperwork, inventory, and documentation.
