About The Position

Capitol Lighting is hiring a full-time Assistant Store Manager for its Boca Raton, Florida location. The role provides leadership to support profitability, growth, and Company sales goals through day-to-day store activities. The Assistant Store Manager supervises staff, finds solutions to problems, responds to customer demand, and ensures store operations and processes follow Company standards.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of retail sales and operations experience.
• At least 2 years of management experience.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing, and willingness to develop these abilities.
• Strong computer skills.
• Strong multitasking skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

• College degree or currently pursuing a college degree.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers enthusiastically with a smile and positive attitude.
• Assist with staffing, scheduling, assigning employees, and managing activities to ensure smooth operations.
• Coach, manage, and motivate salespeople to increase sales and ensure efficiency.
• Respond to customer complaints and comments, and establish positive interactions with customers as needed to support high client satisfaction.
• Perform additional duties as required.
