Midas - Automotive Assistant & Service Managers
About The Position
Auto Systems Centers, the world's largest Midas franchisee and now part of the Mavis Tire family, is seeking full-time Assistant and Service Managers for its service, repair, and tire center in Maineville, Ohio. Assistant Managers support the Store Manager in operating the retail location efficiently, safely, and effectively. They help enforce established policies, procedures, and standards; schedule mechanics' and technicians' work; manage outside orders; and ensure jobs are completed to a high standard and on time while meeting customer expectations and maintaining team safety. Service Managers assist customers with tire selections and recommend necessary under-car repairs. They direct the workflow of mechanics, alignment technicians, and tire technicians, and stage vehicle repair and maintenance work. They also drive sales initiatives, communicate with customers, assess their needs, explain requested or necessary automotive repairs and maintenance, and work to ensure a satisfying in-store experience and timely, high-quality work.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales, or a relevant combination of education, training, and experience.
- At least 18 years old.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift or move items weighing over 50 pounds.
- Values dependability, teamwork, and quality service in a fast-paced environment.

- Ensure customer satisfaction and timely completion of high-quality vehicle repair and maintenance.
