This position oversees the entire customer service experience from the point of setting the appointment to finalizing of the customer bill. The Assistant Service Manager will greet, establish, and maintain a positive rapport with customers, assist customers in determining needs, and promote products accordingly. This role involves estimating the cost of repair, preparing itemized service orders, and initiating service orders, securing customer signatures, and closing when completed. The Assistant Service Manager will develop a keen understanding of all company products and services, understand effective service sales processes, and actively seek sales opportunities. Maintaining good communication with customers and following up after work is completed to ensure satisfaction is key. The role requires understanding customer needs and being committed to exceeding customer expectations every day, while complying with all company policies and procedures.
