Have experience in fast paced salons and wanting to move up to management? Your local Great Clips salon is looking for talented hair stylists and barbers! We've got everything you need to thrive, even if you don't have a built-in client list. This role combines cutting hair with supporting daily salon operations and helping the team succeed. The Assistant Salon Manager role is often a stepping stone toward Salon Manager or other leadership positions. Assistant Salon Managers receive training in management and operations through Great Clips University (GCU), along with ongoing support and instruction from salon management.

Requirements

A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
Strong technical haircutting skills
Great customer service
