Grow your leadership career as an Assistant Salon Manager at Great Clips. You’ll support the Salon Manager while continuing to provide great haircuts and service to clients. This role combines styling with leadership development in a team-focused environment. You’ll help manage daily operations, motivate team members, and ensure a smooth, positive salon experience. Ideal candidates are licensed cosmetologists who are dependable, team-oriented, and eager to grow. With access to ongoing training and advancement opportunities, you’ll build valuable skills while staying creative behind the chair.
Requirements
- A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
- Strong technical haircutting skills and great customer service
- A team-first mindset with a desire to encourage and support others
- Clear communication skills and a positive, motivating attitude
- Organization, flexibility, and the desire to help keep the salon running smoothly
- An interest in growing your leadership skills and taking on more responsibility
