We are a Family Owned Franchisee in the Tampa Bay Area with 15 Locations.

Requirements

A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
Strong technical haircutting skills and great customer service
A team-first mindset with a desire to encourage and support others
Clear communication skills and a positive, motivating attitude
Organization, flexibility, and the desire to help keep the salon running smoothly
An interest in growing your leadership skills and taking on more responsibility

Nice To Haves

Management experience (not always required, interest in leadership is important)
