We’re hiring a full-time Assistant Salon Manager (32+ hours) for our brand-new salon, with the opportunity to help shape the culture, team, and client experience from Day One. Pay ranges from $18–$24/hr with paid training, leadership development, and growth opportunities. With tips, you can expect in excess of $30/hr. We’re looking for someone who brings positive energy, strong people skills, and a passion for beauty and teamwork. We work hard, support each other, and genuinely love to have fun while creating an amazing salon atmosphere.

Requirements

• A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
• Strong technical haircutting skills
• Great customer service
