About The Position

Tambry Ventures, a franchisee of Great Clips, is seeking an Assistant Salon Manager. This leadership opportunity is for licensed stylists who enjoy supporting others, staying organized, and helping a team succeed. The role combines cutting hair with supporting daily salon operations and helping the team succeed. It is often a stepping stone toward Salon Manager or other leadership positions. The company has 28 locations and offers resources for growth.

Requirements

• A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
• Strong technical haircutting skills
• Great customer service
