About The Position

Great Clips in Prosper, TX is hiring an Assistant Manager to guide the team and provide excellent haircut services. In this role, you will cut hair, and support the team by training stylists, maintaining high customer service standards, and helping manage daily operations. This is a leadership opportunity for licensed stylists who enjoy supporting others, staying organized, and helping a team succeed, allowing you to grow your career while staying hands-on behind the chair.

Requirements

• A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
• Strong technical haircutting skills
