Compensation for this position is expected to range from $45,000 - $70,000 annually. An exciting opportunity for someone looking to grow their management skills and contribute to the success of a fast-paced salon. Looking for someone eager to take on leadership responsibilities and learn from experienced professionals.
Requirements
- A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
- Strong technical haircutting skills and great customer service
- A team-first mindset with a desire to encourage and support others
- Clear communication skills and a positive, motivating attitude
- Organization, flexibility, and the desire to help keep the salon running smoothly
- An interest in growing your leadership skills and taking on more responsibility
