As an Assistant Manager, you’ll build leadership skills while staying behind the chair. Support daily salon operations, help coach and develop the team, and deliver consistent, high-quality service.
Requirements
- A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
- Strong technical haircutting skills and great customer service
- A team-first mindset with a desire to encourage and support others
- Clear communication skills and a positive, motivating attitude
- Organization, flexibility, and the desire to help keep the salon running smoothly
- An interest in growing your leadership skills and taking on more responsibility
