About The Position

Great Clips in Brigham City is looking for an Assistant Salon Manager who loves supporting a great team and helping deliver amazing client experiences. If you’re energetic, reliable, and ready to jump in wherever needed, this is your opportunity! This role allows you to build your career in a fast-paced, fun-loving salon with room to advance. You will have the opportunity to support and motivate a team of stylists while continuing to cut hair. This role combines cutting hair with supporting daily salon operations and helping the team succeed. The Assistant Salon Manager role is often a stepping stone toward Salon Manager or other leadership positions.

Requirements

• Active Utah Cosmetology License.
• A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province).
• Strong technical haircutting skills.
• Great customer service.
• A team-first mindset with a desire to encourage and support others.
• Clear communication skills.
• A positive, motivating attitude.
• Organization.
• Flexibility.
• An interest in growing your leadership skills and taking on more responsibility.
