About The Position

Great Clips is hiring an Assistant Manager in the Fort Worth area. This role is for a licensed stylist who enjoys supporting others, staying organized, and helping a team succeed. The Assistant Manager will cut hair while also coaching stylists, keeping service levels high, and helping keep daily operations running smoothly. It offers a blend of leadership, creativity, and career growth while staying hands-on behind the chair.

Requirements

• A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
• Strong technical haircutting skills
• Great customer service
